We build from the base up. Proper preparation and drainage underneath is what decides whether a patio still sits flat in ten years, and it is the part nobody sees on the quote.
Where it makes the most difference
Sloped rear gardens that are hard to use, lakefront properties with a view worth sitting in front of, and houses where the back door opens onto nothing in particular.
How we work
01 — Space plan
We work out where the sun is at the time of day you would actually be out there, and plan the space around that.
02 — Build phase
Base preparation, drainage, paving, walls and structures, in that order and on agreed dates.
03 — Finishing touches
Edges, lighting, planting around the space, and a proper clean-up before we leave.
Common questions
How long does a patio take?
Typically two to four weeks depending on size, access and how much groundwork the site needs. You will have a schedule before we start.
Can you match existing stone or brick?
Usually. We will bring samples to the consultation so you can see them against the house before anything is ordered.
