What it covers
System design, installation, seasonal start-up and winter shut-down. The aim is water going where it is needed and nowhere else, which on most properties means fewer heads, better placed, rather than more.
We zone by planting type and sun exposure so beds and lawn are not on the same schedule, and we tune every head on site so nothing is watering the driveway.
How we work
01 — Water audit
We check pressure, existing lines and how water currently reaches the property.
02 — Zone plan
Zones matched to planting and sun, with controller and backflow specified in writing.
03 — Install and tune
Installation, then head-by-head adjustment so coverage is even and nothing overshoots.
Common questions
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. Seasonal start-up, shut-down and repairs are available whoever put the system in.
When should the system be shut down for winter?
Usually late November around Lake Norman, before the first hard freeze. We will schedule it with you.
