Landscape Design & Installation
A considered plan for the whole property, then built to it. Planting layouts, grading, beds and structure — designed around how you use the space.

What it covers
A design and installation project starts with the whole property, not a single bed. We look at how you move around the space, where the sun falls, where water goes, and what you actually want to be able to do outside. From that comes a plan: planting layouts, grading, bed structure, paths and the order in which it all gets built.
Some clients build the whole plan at once. Others work through it over two or three seasons. Either way you have the drawing, the plant list and the sequence, so nothing gets done twice.
Where it makes the most difference
Properties that have been added to piecemeal over the years, new builds with a blank lot, and lakefront sites where grading and planting have to work together.
How we work
01 — We visit
We walk the property together and talk about how you use it, what frustrates you, and what you would like to change.
02 — We plan and quote
You get a clear plan with planting layouts and materials, plus a written quote and a build sequence.
03 — We build it
The work happens to the plan and on the dates agreed, with the same person on site throughout.
Common questions
Do I have to build the whole plan at once?
No. Most properties are done in phases. The plan is written so each phase stands on its own and nothing has to be undone later.
Do you handle plants and hardscape together?
Yes. Planting, grading, beds and structure are designed as one thing, which is usually where separately hired trades go wrong.
