Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Buena Vista Landscaping and Property Management website and the services we provide. By requesting a consultation or booking work with us, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

We do not publish prices, because every property is different. Quotes are given in writing after a site visit and are based on the scope agreed at that visit. If the scope changes, or conditions are found on site that could not reasonably have been seen beforehand, we will discuss it with you and agree any change in writing before continuing.

Scheduling and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel booked work. Weather delays are rescheduled at no charge, and we will always tell you before a date moves rather than after.

Access to the property

You do not usually need to be home while we work, but we do need safe access to the areas covered by the quote, including gates, water and, on some jobs, power. Please let us know about pets, irrigation lines, buried cables or anything else we should avoid.

Plants and workmanship

Planting establishes at different rates depending on weather, soil and aftercare, so we cannot guarantee that every plant will survive. We will always tell you what aftercare a planting needs. Where our workmanship is at fault, we will put it right.

Liability and insurance

Buena Vista Landscaping and Property Management carries liability insurance for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for issues arising from work carried out by others.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote. Larger installation projects may be invoiced in stages, agreed in writing before work begins.
